ITHF is an organization of over 2000 Rotarians and
partners who:
- enjoy travel,
- enjoy connecting with people of other cultures,
- appreciate Rotary exchange programs such as youth exchange,
ambassadorial scholar, group
study exchange and friendship exchange,
- enjoy entertaining visitors in their homes,
- and who understand that fellowship really does make a difference
in Rotary!
We publish and distribute the directory of current
members every January. This is used by members seeking to arrange "connections" with
other members in the course of their travels.
We publish and distribute quarterly newsletters reporting
on many of the "connections" taking place, informing
members about upcoming tours and other events, and offering
tips on hosting and visiting.
We develop, arrange and conduct numerous Rotary-theme
tours in conjunction with scheduled conventions and to other destinations
as well. These tours are filled with ITHF Rotarians and partners
who have much in common with each other and who freely share
their fellowship with all. ITHF tours are truly fun-loving
experiences.
The Members' Area of this website includes copies of the
past three years of newsletters so you can explore where
we've been and see how we've developed over time. The most
recent updated directory of members is posted on the directory
page. The comprehensive Members' Guide to ITHF and our new
promotional brochure are available for perusal or downloading.
Every Rotary convention is a series of exhilarating
experiences for members of ITHF. Members come from
all over to work "The Buth", to meet old friends
there from past years and to introduce our concept to new
prospects. The tour members arrive and share their own blend
of experiences and excitements with the rest of us. Then,
following a board of directors meeting, on the Tuesday morning
of every convention we have our Annual General Meeting attended
by old members and new alike, enjoying each others company
and candidly sharing experiences of travel and connections
with others from the podium. Who needs professional entertainment
- we have an entire series of hilarious stories and humorous
slants on life.
